Pencak Silat is a full-body fighting form incorporating strikes, grappling and throwing in addition to weaponry. Every part of the body is used and subject to attack. Pencak silat was practiced not only for physical defense but also for psychological ends.

About the instructor
Made muzir is a black belt in the martial of Pencak Silat. Made Muzir’s passion for the martial art comes from the relation he has with the founders of the art, which has been passed on from generation to generation. Made started training at the age of 8. He has competed in national and international tournaments
He has been teaching for over 30 years, in Bali, Perth the and now Melbourne.
Made teaches kids, teenagers and adults (10+). Made encourages everyone to learn this martial art.
