In our adult classes, all students across beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills training are together in a family-friendly environment where students assist each other to grow together.
As students mature into teenagers, it’s important to surround them with good role models to aid in their development into adulthood as we shape them into leaders.
Students develop their skills in martial arts across numerous self-defense techniques and develop strong mental and physical fortitude. Whatever experience they may have, there is always a space for them to grow, and develop into all that they can be.

Developing across this platform they will then learn a lot more detail in regards to speed, agility, and strength they will be allocating more time to developing techniques that would help them in the sparring categories such as faster Roundhouse kicks and self-defense patterns.

Little Tigers Pomsae class is the first step towards developing in the world of Taekwondo performance sports.
Students are practicing and perfecting their skills in Performance Poomsae to a higher level, developing a stronger skill base in flexibility, accuracy, and strength of body and mind. These skills are fundamental for performance students as they move their bodies across extremely particular and intricate movements with high speed and sheer focus.

Poomsae class is the first step towards performance sports. Students are practicing and perfecting their skills to the point where it looks like a stage performance or a well-choreographed set of movements focused on their Poomsae.
Taekwondo is an Olympic sport, thus devoted students can compete in the Olympics. Our members can compete in tournaments across Australia and the world to improve their comparative Sports Taekwondo skills. Competitions for accuracy and precision in Taekwondo forms and patterns are held for pupils who want to focus on their skills and grace. - Hold the belt with the middle on your belly button and the ends down.
- Wrap the belt around your waist with even ends.
- Bring the belt ends around to the front.
- Holding the belt ends in your hands, tuck the right end beneath both layers in front of you, leaving a loop on top.
- Wrap the left end of the belt over the right end and tuck it under both layers and through the top loop.
- Tighten the belt tight to fit your waist and centre the knot.
- Level the belt ends.
